Generic Text Driver Install


1.Click Printers in your control panel
2.Click Add Printer
3.Select Local Printer (uncheck the box that asks to detect the printer)
Select the Com port that your plotter is connected to
4. You wil be presented with a list of printers

5. Select the Generic Manufacturer
6. Select General Text Only.
7. Name your printer ( Sign Tools for example)



8. Do not print a test page and do not set this a the default printer.
9.Start Corel and then Sign Tools
10. Select the Cut Option

11. Change the Location to windows print driver
12. Leave server blank, change the printer to the name of the printer that you have just installed.
